GPGP relies on volunteers to help us build and plant gardens. Volunteers are needed between April and early June. Garden builders help to assemble frames and fill them with soil and compost; there are other tasks that don’t require “heavy lifting”. Garden planters help GPGP gardeners sow seeds and transplant seedlings. If you would like to volunteer, please email us at staff@growingplaces.org
GPGP is looking for talented and enthusiastic people to join our Board of Trustees. In addition to traditional board skills such as finance, fundraising, legal, communications and media, GPGP is looking for people with a social enterprise or agricultural background, or people with connections to our client population and/or organizations that serve them.
