Brandon L. Robbins, MPA, is a lifelong Leominster resident, community advocate, and nonprofit leader dedicated to strengthening communities through service, collaboration, and access to essential resources.
Brandon currently serves as the Executive Director of Ginny’s Helping Hand, Inc., where he oversees programs that address food insecurity, provide emergency assistance, and support thousands of individuals and families throughout North Central Massachusetts each year. His work has focused on building partnerships, expanding food access, and creating sustainable solutions to meet growing community needs.
In addition to his nonprofit leadership, Brandon is serving his second term as an At-Large City Councilor in Leominster and is a member of the Fall Brook School Building Committee. He previously served as an At-Large member and Vice Chairman of the Leominster School Committee from 2020 to 2023 and worked as a Legislative Aide to State Representative Michael P. Kushmerek from 2021 to 2022. Throughout his public service career, Brandon has remained a strong supporter of public education, civic engagement, and community development.
Brandon holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He is a graduate of Leominster High School.
He and his wife, Carly, are proud parents to their daughter, Mabel, and share their home with their rescue dog, Hamilton. Brandon is also a proud son of Lee and Susan Robbins and brother to Justin Robbins. In true Leominster fashion, Mabel's favorite animal is the pink flamingo—a fitting tribute to the city's iconic symbol and a reminder that community pride starts at an early age.
As a member of the Growing Places Board of Directors, Brandon is passionate about strengthening regional food systems, expanding access to fresh and healthy food, and supporting initiatives that help communities thrive.
