I was born and raised in Puebla, Mexico. I migrated to the US with my parents and sister at the age of 10. I know my parents sacrificed a lot when they made the decision to move to give my sister and I better lives and better opportunities as we grew up.

I did not always make the best decisions as a teen to make my parents proud, however as an adult I still strive to achieve goals and be a better person to make my parents proud and let them know their sacrifices were not vain.

Giving back to the community, helping without receiving anything in return, and simply being a genuine good person with others is what makes my parents proud the most. I have been in the banking industry for a little over 10 years and it has connected me with so many non-profits, including Growing Places ❤
